At Intazza Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we accept returns on unopened bags and non-consumable merchandise in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at support@intazza.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unopened coffee or merchandise in its original box, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Send your items back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
